I’m Chrissy Moe, creator of Into the Soma™ — a body-based emotional support and nervous system wellness space designed to help you embrace, release, refocus, and come home to yourself. To help you process life's overwhelm and restore your sense of wellness.
My work is rooted in lived experience, nervous system education, somatic practices, conscious breath, Yoga Nidra, and the belief that the body is not something to overcome — it is a doorway back to safety, presence, and self-trust.
I am a certified Mind-Body Coach, Breathwork Facilitator, and Yoga Nidra Facilitator, with training through The Embody Lab, Our Breath Collective, and Transformational Sleep Yoga Nidra. My role is not to diagnose, treat, or act as a clinician. I am a facilitator, guide, translator, and practitioner of body-based tools that support emotional awareness, nervous system settling, rest, and reconnection.
Into the Soma™ was created for the moments when life feels like too much, when your body is asking for support, and when “just calm down” is not enough.
This is a space for softness, honesty, breath, body, and return.
